PB-12 Gantry

PB-12 Gantry for In-Line Operation. The PB-12 is possibly the beginning of a drilling revolution. It is the only machine designed to run in-line with finishing machines like stitching machines and perfect binders for high volume drilling of perfect bound products The Gantry has the capability to yield up to 10,000 drilled products per hour! Stacks are transferred THROUGH the machine with the drilled stack delivered at the rear. One machine reaches an output up to 1,200 stacks per hour. Up to three PB-12 units can be linked by conveyor/divider system to finish any output from perfect binders and saddle stitching lines and deliver on to packing/wrapping systems.

Standard features include stroke and spindle control, cooling and lubricating, 3 standard drilling heads, motorized drill belt, drill bit breakage sensor and touch screen control panel.
