Rollem print finishing systems are typically comprised
of one or more standard machines configured for a
particular application. Over the years, we have
developed several models and sizes to enable us to
configure for even the most complex needs.
Along with many sizes and models of our print
finishing equipment, we have also developed a large
assortment of blades and specialty tools that can be
interchanged on each machine giving us the exactly
what the end users needs. In other words, the
possibilities are endless.
All of our machines have a choice of several types of
feeding methods for independent STAND ALONE operation
or no feeder at all. It is in this area to that we can
adapt our machine to accept material from another
machine to allow for IN-LINE production. For example,
we can accept a sheet of paper directly from the
printer or coater which now expands the process to
include converting and finishing as a single
operation.
Because our running speeds are between 4,000-12,000
sheets per hour, it may be advantageous for the
customer to have one finishing line that services
multiple printing machines. In this case, we offer 3
different type of feeders (depending on volume of
production) and create what we call a NEAR-LINE
production flow.
On the back of our machines, we can easily interface
with many other types of machines and services. For
example, we can add a right angle folding machine to
create a score, slit and fold line. If production is
to be mailed, glue lines may be added. Boxing and
packaging equipment is commonly added to create one
flow system that accomplished many functions in one
operation. From scoring machines to slitting machines,
paper drilling systems to business card machines,
there's a Rollem product out there for your particular
needs.
